YOGA NIDRA + SOUND BATH

Service Description

Participants will first be guided through a progressive relaxation modality (Yoga Nidra). This will shift the mind to elevated states, allowing the complex mind-body to develop deep relaxation, inner trust, and support as the journey begins. You will then be supported and energized with a powerful sound bath. Meditative sounds created by a gong and crystal singing bowls will help you effectively release stress, balance the nervous system, and create a sustained mental calm. I offer private sessions for a variety of occasions including: -Birthday Celebration - Baby Shower - Bridal Shower/Bachelorette - Wedding - Yoga/Wellness Retreats - Festivals & Large Events - A special event to share with friends and family * Up to 3 participants only. A $75 deposit is required to book your appointment. The remaining amount will be due on the day of your appointment.
