Take your mind, body, and spirit on a deep revitalizing journey through the healing art of sound. Let go of what no longer serves you and create space for powerful manifestations. Sound baths are great for quieting the mind, reducing stress and anxiety, and rebalancing the chakras system. I use a variety of ancient healing instruments including a symphonic gong and reiki infused crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz. This frequency of sound activates the nervous system for deep restorative healing on a cellular and emotional level. It is also known as the heart beat of the planet. I offer private sound baths for a variety of occasions including: -Birthday Celebration - Baby Shower - Bridal Shower/Bachelorette - Wedding - Yoga/Wellness Retreats - Festivals & Large Events - A special event to share with friends and family * Up to 3 participants only. A $75 deposit is required to book your appointment. The remaining amount will be due on the day of your appointment.
